Do you get contracts of employment for this monthly fee?

Absolutely, as part of our client onboarding process we review your current terms and conditions to ensure they are legally compliant. We also work with you to ensure that the current terms suit the needs of your business. If not, then we get to work and generate a new contract template for you. We will also guide you on how to make the change for your current employees. Providing you with all of the letters needed.

What about any people policies and an employee handbook – do you provide this?

Yes we do, we are very proud of our employee handbook. Meg took 6 months off work to create it, and we evolve it each year to ensure that it is both current with legislation and is still a product that Meg can be proud of. We ensure that it is branded to your business, and if you would like we can work with you to make it bespoke at a separate cost. We also support several policies you may need such as an expenses policy as part of the package.
